Strategic Planning and Performance Management
The Division of Strategic Planning and Performance Management collects key result measurements for District agencies on an annual basis. The following report provides the data reported during fiscal year 2006 that spanned October 1, 2005 to September 30, 2006:
The following are notes regarding this year’s report:
-
The "Report to the DC Council" is organized by District of Columbia Council Committee Structure, and the "Report to the United States Congress" is organized by Appropriation Title.
-
The fiscal year 2006 Performance Accountability Report (PAR) is posted as a PDF document; printing instructions are included after the cover page.
-
Because of the transition to a new administration, many of the current fiscal year 2007 responsible District managers and supervisors are different from those listed in the attached fiscal year 2006 report. Accountability reporting requirements dictate that the District identify the responsible manager for the reporting period. Many of the responsible managers and supervisors cited in this report are no longer with the District. Individuals filling those roles at the conclusion of, or through the majority of fiscal year 2006 are listed.
-
In the Performance Accountability Report to the DC Council, the reference to the “Updated after January 16, 2007 deadline” notation in the table of contents does not mean an agency did not have its report in on time, it is an indication that the posted document has been modified (generally for typographical corrections) after the initial hard copy was submitted to the DC Council on January 17, 2006.
The Division of Strategic Planning and Performance Management also supported or facilitated a number of internal and external reviews of the overall performance management system in the District of Columbia. Select the links below to read the reviews:
